Modernized boutique hotel near Earl's Court. Hard to believe they fit so many rooms in a small building. The room is nice but tiny. They fit a lot of furniture which is nice but leaves little room for things like walking. The staff is young and not exactly 'hail fellow well met' if you know what I mean. The area... More

Highly recommend this property. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and our deluxe room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The location is excellent, just 1 long block away from Earls Court station, with lots of interesting food choices nearby. 2 things stood out and made this stay a 5 star rather than a 4 star. We ordered the... More

We had a very nice 4-day stay. The room was a double, superior, and although small, had what we needed. The location is perfect: short distance to Earl's Court station, lots of ATMs, restaurants, and pubs. There is a convenient take-out and pharmacy near-by as well. The hotel has no restaurant on the property, but you can have a continental... More

Had a night here with my daughter before Queens Tennis open and was suitably impressed. On arrival the Hotel looks smart and the Reception staff friendly. The room is a good size with good facilities,a little kitchette cupboard with fridge and microwave so would be good if staying a few days. It was quiet and very clean. I would recommend... More

I was last at the Nadler 5 months ago, when it was still Base2Stay. I am a repeat guest, and have had a different room on each visit, and have always been happy with my room. I have upgraded from the single, as I felt it was a little tight for 5 days. Staff are always accommodating, serivce is prompt... More

I am writing this review from my room at the The Nadler using the free Wifi that is really fast. The Nadler has been recently refurbished and the room is a good size for a London hotel, enough room the have 2 cases on the floor or put your clothes away and put them under the bed. The ensuite has... More

I went to London for a girly stay with my friend and this was the perfect base for us. The lady on reception really put herself out so we could check in to our room early. She gave me directions, maps and even plasters for my tired feet! The room was spotless and the shower was the perfect temp. Toiletries... More

Base2stay Kensington is a clean, friendly hotel in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy. The electric controlled shower is cool. However it brands its self as a 5 star hotel. I was surprised that there is no bath robe, no minibar, no room service, no hotel bar. They had a nespresso machine but no... More

Hello georgewbush and thanks for your review. We changed our name to The Nadler Kensington on 1st June, coinciding with the opening of our third hotel, The Nadler Soho. We emailed all incoming guests who booked directly to advise them, but are unable to have that contact with guests booking through third parties, so apologies for any confusion. We have... More

Formerly base2stay until 5/31/13, this lovely little boutique hotel has it all. Fantastic staff (thanks to Allesandra, Aroa, Maria, and Shadee) that enthusiastically made suggestions for restaurants, sights to see, directions, and, in general, looked after us like kindly mothers. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with convenient "kitchenette" amenities, one couldn't ask for more. Wonderful location with nearby Earls Court Underground... More

Pretty basic,no frills accommodation, but you get what you pay for and this is good value for the area I think, clean and quite spacious, we organised a late checkout of 2pm which was excellent but make sure you confirm with an email and also if there is any cost involved as we were not advised initially and were asked... Hello wannabe 30, you have captured an important aspect of the concept, even if I’d have preferred a different choice of words! We concentrate on the essentials rather than the frills like bar and restaurants, which many guests never use, especially when you’re in an area where there’s a great choice of these. I apologise if the late checkout charge... More
