Lastminute stay in Central London after meeting friends for a rare night out back in the UK. Its in a very good location, there's a nice reception, helpful staff, and the single smallest hotel room I have EVER stayed in. Which would be fine if it was being touted as a capsule hotel, but it isn't (and it wasn't that... More

Cant fault this hotel at all. We got upgraded to a queen room which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast was great. This is the best hotel in london we have stayed in by far. Was also in an excellent position.

The office staff here has been very kind and helpful. The rooms had all the amenities one could wish. With the exception of one out of two phones not working and some well hidden light switches, the room was great. I did find the bed-side lighting to be too glaring, a lamp would be better for reading than an overhead... More

I had to stay here as part of a course with work! I had to wait 30 minutes for a table, once seated I waited another 20 minutes to be served and then another 30 minutes for my food to arrive!!! 1 hour 20 minutes to eat!!! I ordered dessert only to be told it would take 20 minutes, even... More

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times recently but have to say that I will not be returning. On my last visit they informed upon arrival that they have no rooms available and will have to move me to another hotel. I argued for 10 minutes and they eventually 'found' me a room but others were being... More

I stayed at Raddison Blu Kenilworth for three days in May 2012. The reception staff were nice, polite, and helpful. There is only one elevator, and it has a maximum capacity of maybe five or six people, and it is very slow. The room was tiny and looked a bit run-down, ugly, and depressive. However, the bed was comfortable enough,... More

Stayed at the Raddison Blu Kenilworth London overnight on Saturday. Was a little concerned given some of the reviews, however the room and common areas were all of a reasonable standard. The only gripe perhaps is the poor soundprrofing between some of the rooms, however this is probably due to the age of the building and layout, also the shower... More

We chose this hotel based on reviews from this site and others - it got better reviews than the five star hotels in the area. The hotel lived up to all our expectations. We were in London for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday, see a show, do some shopping etc. We booked direct with the hotel on a... More

A truly delightful stay in a gorgeous hotel a stones throw from Tottenham court Road. Was met by a cheerful and helpful reception staff. Mohamed in particular was courteous and made us feel expectationally welcome. The breakfast the next morning was the only problem, the staff at breakfast said we had to pay extra for it when it had already... More
