The hotel is very dated and needs a good refurbishment. However, the staff were very helpful and very patient. The dining room was bright and clean and the english breakfast excellent. The location is very good, particularly if you are happy to use the tube.

My partner and I planned a weekend away in London to celebrate our first anniversary and found a good three-night deal with full English breakfast at the London Elizabeth. The hotel was central, close to tube and bus links and to Hyde Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent and our room spacious and clean. Very happy. Thank you!

Terrible terrible hotel and staff. I stayed for one night - I can handle hotels being tired, lifts being small, things being old fashioned - no problem there, that sometimes adds to the charm.
