Great location and nice exterior. But that is all! Stayed 4 nights, only because we had reserved through our Amex points and didn't want to spend sightseeing time trying to get another hotel. We did ask for another room but were told that all the rooms were small and they couldn't "break out the walls". Breakfast is not included and...

I have to say the best thing about this hotel was its close proximity to Paddington station. We booked a triple and they had obviously put an extra single bed in an already cramped twin room!
Also everytime you moved your bed moved too.
The tvdid not work which we reported but were told the maintenance man would look at...

I have stayed in several European hotel rooms and this by far was the smallest. I read other reviews that said it was small but didnt realize how small! If u r bringing a big suitcase... Beware. There is not a lot of space beyond the bed. Best thing about this place was proximity to Paddington underground and Paddington station....

Stayed here with my grandmother summer of 2011. When we booked we wished for a bedroom that not were in the basement but we got that anyway. They promised that the next day they would have a room higher up for us. The room in the basement was okey. You can see my pictures. It was very hard to sleep...

If I had planned on spending any amount of time in my room, more than just having to sleep, well, it would have been uncomfortable...

Hi,
I booked a triple room for 3 adults for the weekend of 9th March to the 12th March, the Hotel website room pictures looked great.
We arrived and got our room card and went up to the room, it was very small, basically a double room with three single beds in it and it was nothing like the advertised...

WiFi is not free, beds are hard, room was dingy, breakfast is very basic, and OH, there is no parking. Their website LIES. You have to park at a public parking site nearly half a mile down the street. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Not far from underground and with what you need nearby. Most of the rooms quiet and with new interior. Absolutely recommended when compared to price and area.
a *** star royal hotel with * star room. This hotel has not a three star quality, rather a one star quality. The rooms are very small, no beds for average people, very noisy from other rooms above you.
