Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the one I had was fairly decent sized. Good location. I did not have breakfast or dine on site, but there were a few cafe's right around the corner to grab a bite. Would definitely go back.

Excellent staff and brilliant location for central London, museums and shopping I booked through last minute so I got an amazing deal. I didn't have breakfast or use any of the spa facilities but bedrooms were very comfortable and had everything you would need. Thank you
