Extremely disappointed. Paid nearly £200 a night for a tiny double room with at the smallest toilet I have ever seen. and as it was not enough the shower was blocked and dirty. The tiles and sealant around mouldy and clearly never been cleaned properly. I would understand paying £60 and not a dime more for this place. Also please... More

Indeed, the hotel has an excellent location. It's in Kensington, at three blocks from a major intersection (Cromwell Rd with Gloucester Rd) which is served by the tube, buses, and even the blue bus of the Big Bus Company. There are lots of restaurants in the area, museums within walking distance, and even Harrods can be reached on foot (just... More

We spent 4 days at this hotel which is good located just for the short walking distances to the tube stations. Sorry to say that it was too noisy due to the 24 h a day moving traffic.

Decent location - 10 min walk to Glouster Tube, clean, small. I prefer to be a little closer around the Covent Garden area, but we easily booked a triple room and the staff was always present. Check in and out was easy.

Have stayed a number of times at this hotel, mostly for its great location. The nearest tube (Gloucester Road, zone 1/2) is a 5 minute walk on a busy main road, while others are 10 minutes. Good Points are its proximity to some of Londons most attractive sites, including natural history museum (10/15 minute walk and a few others) and... More

My family and I booked into 2 rooms for 5 nights - after our 1st choice was being renovated. The front desk people looked as us as if we had two heads whenever we asked a question. Both rooms were small and a long way from each other, when the rooms were finally ready we found the housemaid being yelled... More

My partner and I booked this for one night at the last minute for £120 for the night room only. First appearance of the building and look of reception was great as were the very friendly front desk staff but the room - oh dear. Arms outstetched my fingertips touched both walls. A double bed was sqeezed in and was... More

If you think this hotel is a local charming place as you'd think it is from the online advertising, you'd be very disappointed. The rooms are very tiny, even for European Standards. The bathroom is even more so - you can shower, brush your teeth and relieve yourself all at the same time !!! It takes 5+ minutes for hot... More
