A good find, well located for bus and tube with plenty of restaurant opportunities within walking distance. The rooms were compact but very adequate. The bed was excellent. Great for a weekend stay. The continental breakfast, included in our rate offered a good choice plus for a small addition there was a full English breakfast option. Would not think twice... More

Stayed here for 2nights with 21 yr old son. Lovely clean hotel, lovely complimentary gifts left each day. Both of us will be back here on our next trip to London, either together or independently. Gloucester Road tube station 2 min walk away, so handy if you wanted to see all the sights. The only niggle is if you wanted to get... More

Location is terrific. About a block and a half from the Gloucester Underground/Tube station which makes it oh-so-easy to get about London. Breakfasts were very good. Concierge was helpful in getting advance tickets to the Tower of London -- so no waiting in line. Glass of champagne every night. Wonderful bath robes and luxurious, thick and fluffy towels. Large heated... More

This hotel I'd ideally placed for the Albert Hall, it is within 15 minutes easy walk. The hotel is lovely the bedrooms are large and modern, they are also very clean and there's a bath in the en suite with a very good two way shower over, breakfast was continental style help yourself but you could order a cooked breakfast... This was a wonderful boutique hotel near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It is only a short block (2 minutes) from the Gloucester Road Tube station with access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines. (The Piccadilly Line provides direct access to Heathrow Airport.) There is easy access to all central London attractions. The rooms are furnished with antiques, and... More

I booked the Ashburn hotel for the last May weekend (champions league final). After I received the booking confirmation I cancelled a second reservation that i had made. 5 days before my planned stay, I received the message that their system made a mistake and that they have no rooms available. I am left alone with the problem now as... More

not the right area of London I wanted to be in -- also, detected very strong passive-aggressive male chauvinism in several of the male staff -- menu too limited -- room poorly organized -- did not offer internet access to check your email unless you had your own computer! TV choices poor.

Stayed here several times and I must say that this small boutique hotel is marvellous. From the bar to the rooms & decor and the staff everything is fantastic. Looking forward to our next stay here. Special thanks to Fadhi.

The hotel is just 2mins walk away from the underground station. They offer spacious rooms with large TV screen. They put the latest newspaper in front of your door every morning which felt very heart warming. The concierge in the lobby is truly helpful and can arrange you anything you request. Negative things are only that they do not offer... More
