Lovely hotel, very friendly service with good service. Although the room was quite small, it was fresh and clean and had everything I needed for a business trip. Other advantages are that it's very close to the tube station and the theatre for We Will Rock You

I always try and use this hotel when i am staying over in London. The staff are very friendly, the food is really good and the service is excellent, particulalry Hasan at breakfast. It has free WiFi which is also a bonus, its a shame all hotels don't offer this yet!

very good location near the tube. But small rooms and though I had a room on the 4 th floor, it was dark and also cold. In thr room was very strong smell of Chinese fast food restaurant in the corner. Also it was very very noisy.
