Staff were Attentive caring, smiley and happy to help,they also had a good knowledge of the area. Beautiful clean spacious room, ideal location.We stayed here for one night ,but would have been quite happy to have stayed at this hotel for the week. Would reccomend this Hotel

Had no problems with this - Staff all lovely except female conceirge who questioned me on why I was not walking to my meeting (a good half hour away) and why I needed a taxi. I am disabled and didnt like being quizzed like this. Apart from this - everything lovely.

A great place, within walking distance of almost anywhere in Central London..........great for the theatre, South Bank, Regents Street, Museums etc. We were upgraded to an executive room overlooking the street but that's fine as you are in London so its great to watch the world go by.
