Stayed here in April for 2 nights, great location near everything in London. Generally the staff were very helpful, apart from the guy who greeted us when we arrived, not overly talkative or friendly. Best thing is the location. It is where it says it is: Covent Garden. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are really, really basic, but clean. Flat screen TV in room with a limited number of channels. Top location, almost next door to Shaftesbury theatre and 2 mins from restaurants. However, a few downfalls make this some what below par. No phones in rooms so can't contact reception.
