we had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed, allocated a newly refurbished, splendid room and enjoyed a most pleasant stay. The things that matter in a London hotel were all present and correct, a good bed with wonderful sheets, a great shower in a tiny but perfectly formed bathroom and a great location. Would definitely use again.

Impressed with the customer focussed staff, their attention to details and above all the willingness to go that extra bit. Rooms are very well equipped with the modern facilities like free broadband internet and interactive television. Lounge and bar are equipped with free wi-fi internet access which made my business meetings very feasible.

The hotel has a modern interior with rooms well decorated. We were very pleased with the room; it was clean, and well maintained. The bathroom too was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and, We did have the breakfast, which was very good, had a wide choice of items.

Only stayed the one night but found the hotel staff very friendly and the room very clean and tidy. Location was great and very easy to fin,. just a sort walk from Paddington Station. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. would recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay again in the future
