From the moment we checked in at 9:30 in the morning the staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is HUGE so a room far from the lift means a long hike each way, but apart from that everything about the hotel was great. Close to tubes and Oxford street.

Stayed for weekend break - the hotel staff were fantastic and really made a difference - the hotel is a typical chain hotel and could do with the bedrooms being refurbed however they were clean the bed was comfortable and an excellent location for central london.
