A shabby, noisy, overheated, overpriced, dirty hostel posing as a hotel. Never again!
Excellent value for money clean great staff couldn't say anything bad rooms are a bit noisy but didn't bother me as I live on a busy road
The telly was broken, the walls/ceilings were burnt, the window didn't open, the towel rail was locked on and the noise did not stop all night! We stayed for one night and we were VERY ready to leave the next morning! It was the hottest day of the year so far and the hotel decided that the heating would remain...

I do not know what people were expecting but my stay was fine. Everything you need. Clean. The staff were nice and it was easy to get to from Kings Cross Station. The only issue I had was the fact that the double bed was made of 2 single mattresses but you get over it when you're tired and just...

Definitely tired looking and in need of modernisation but the room was immaculate and the staff friendly, I wouldnt like to think I had paid a lot for the room but for the amount I paid in the sale I thought it was well worth the money.
Got room for £15 in the Travelodge Sale so cannot complain too much. Did have 2 singles pushed together to make a double bed, but apart from that the room was fine and the hotel is around 15 minute walk from Kings Cross station, although there were a couple of travel lodges nearer. Staff were polite, although if you want...

Turned up at 1.30pm having paid extra for early checkin. The Guy on reception saw that we were 2 ladies of a certain age! and gave us an upgrade. He also suggested a room at the back of the back of the hotel as it is quieter. We were on the 4th floor. Very spacious room, very warm when we...

I stayed here on the 2nd May 2012 for one night by myself whilst away on business.
As I arrived, the place looked quiet yet the lobby seemed clean and up to scratch. There was no-one on the desk, but I used one of the automated check-in machines. Within minutes, I had my card and was away to my room....

I stayed for one night on business, on arrival there were 3 staff on reception yet it took a good minute for one of them to break off their conversation and serve me. The room was dirty and in poor condition, facilities poor and no toilet roll, if you have a road facing room expect considerable road noise.
On the...

I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading some of the other reviews, but at £15 a night in the sale there was really no comparison! I am so glad we did because we really had no issue with this hotel. Stayed 3 nights midweek, had a double room on 1st floor at the back of the hotel....
