What a perfectly positioned hotel for sight seeing. We sat outside with a drink and were literally under Tower Bridge which was beautifully lit at night. We enjoyed watching the boats go up and down the river. My room overlooked Katherine Docks which was very nice. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. The... More

Had a twin room on single occupancy, with stunning views over the River Thames. Did not eat or drink on site, as there is so much around, what with St Katherine's Dock next door, but the breakfasts were superb. The happy smiling, considerate staff, especially the chef making the omelettes, made this a wonderful work experience. Would recommend this for... More

Stayed the long Pentacost weekend in The Tower, with my daughter. Customer Services took really care of us and my daughter was really thrilled about he flowers and the note in the room, as special attention for her on achieving some award. Also concierge/porters were very helpful in advising on public transportation routes. Location, next to Tower Bridge and close... More

Stayed here for 3 nights at the weekend. Booked through lastminute.com and paid £340 pound for the 3 nights which was a significant saving on the hotel's own website that claimed that nobody would be their prices. From the exterior the hotel looks a bit dated. The exterior look a bit drab with the peeling window frames a bit of... More

We recently stayed at the Tower Hotel, London, an ideal hotel to visit the sights of our capital city. The rooms overlooked Katherine Docks, light and airy, clean, very comfortable bed and staff very helpful. We enjoyed a continental breakfast, which was quite sufficient to begin our day. The hotel was in an ideal location to visit all the major... More

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Amazing view of tower bridge and reception supervisor Livia sorted the whole booking out for me choosing the exact room too. The brasserie food is really lovely - try the duck or the steak- mmmm. Beautiful setting by the docks and a wonderful few days away from the world. Chris

two night stay in a standard room with an amazing view of tower bridge...this hotel was in a great location on a lovely summery weekend. Efficent staff in all areas who were helpful and friendly. Car parking was no problem and plenty of spaces for us. Only problems we had - tv remote not working...and the wi-fi was giving us... More

Excellent weekend at the Tower Guoman spent with friends. The hotel position is fantastic - right next to the Tower of London and overlooking Tower Bridge. Tower Hill underground is nearby and the river boat stops were outside the hotel (can recommend interesting boat trip to Greenwich). The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were OK... More

I had an enjoyable stay at The Tower - check in was swift and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable and the bed very comfortable. My room overlooked St Katherine's Dock (during previous stays I had been overlooking Tower Bridge) - the view over the dock is very good if not as iconic as the bridge. I used the... More

We had a one night stay as I was on a course the next day. The hotel was very good. It was located very close to the course I was on and was within reasonable walking distance of Liverpool Street Station. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was good, plenty big enough, very well equipped, clean and comfortable.... More
