£236 per night for twin room, daylight robbery! No breafast included, and couldnt swing a cat! Well I feel that I was fleeced! Took Mum to London for birthday and stayed here. The staff were lovely and location superb! but not impressed by the rooms for the price, shabby and outdated!

The location is great, the hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful and courteous but the hotel itself is lacking a good restaurant, reception area, lounge and bar, that said, we did have a very pleasant stay and felt at ease and comfortable so ! .., its a bit of a balance between 'price, location and facilities ! ...... We were sent to this location after the Earl's Court hotel lost our reservation. It's right in the centre of theatre land in London and very near Piccadilly Circus but it wasn't noisey. I loved the room. Very chic and a good size. It's a great hotel and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend.

My mo and I just stayed here in may 2012 and had a fantastic experience. We were welcomed to the hotel by friendly staff that even helped my mom with her bags. Spent one night here recently on a business trip. Clubroom was very quiet considering position overlooking Shaftesbury Avenue. Bedroom was very clean and large. Bathroom was very clean and not so large - in fact shower cubicle was tiny ! No bar available in hotel and restaurant serves breakfast only which I didn't have so can't comment on catering. No... Very good location for shopping and theaters. Rooms are a bit small but of good standard, could be a bit noisy though; not from outside but from other rooms. Breakfast room under dimensioned and not very pleasant, but staff did a good job.

My sister and i stayed April 22-26. The hotel is in a great location!! Perfect walking distance to not only the theaters and chinatown but pretty much all attractions in London - if you don't mind a short walk. Stayed with wife and two boys. Location is fantastic and allowed us to wander around theater district & Leicester Sq in the evening then back to the hotel. Staff were fine and helpful as we arrived and left with bags. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Rooms and bathrooms small and a bit tired... More

Good location for theatres and shopping. Room was rather small for all the furniture but well equipped and clean. Reception, cleaning and breakfast room staff made the difference between this being a good and an excellent hotel: they were courteous, helpful and friendly and certanly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended, I will stay there again.
