Superb location. Short walk to Marble Arch station the Central line so you can go to most of the major sights from here. Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the big shops! Girlie weekend with friends. Friendly and helpful staff especially for airline checkin etc., we also got a free upgrade which was very much appreciated, thanks! We didn't have chance to check out the pool or spa but I imagine it is very nice.

There is no lift in the hotel so if you have any kind of walking impairment this is not the place for you.
