The only good thing about this hotel was a location. Staff were unhelpful, no luggage storage facilities spoiled my day (staff didn't even bother to suggest where I could possibly leave it), room was really outdated and not 100% clean, bathroom sink wasn't working properly (flab was stuck and water wasn't draining), bathroom was claustrophobic, air conditionining not working... we...

this is reasonably good hotel; two remarks/disappointments: 1) you have no adapter continent/UK for electrical instruments (battery phone etc) the reason given 'nobody brings it back' is not satisfaying ans OK seems to me 2) your television offering is UK only , even not CNN! looks like a very parochial attitude
The shower is in a bathtub, that is too high and therefor you have to bend your knees toe get under the shower. The shower curtain was to close to you, so the showering space was much nto narrow.
The wast of the wahing table was broken, I fillend in a service leaflet but nobody came toe repair!!

The bar has...

This hotel represented the best value for money of the eight I stayed in over six weeks through England and Europe. In room safe, tea and coffee maker, well lit, room with a view, reasonable size room, comfortable and clean room. Brilliant location.
Paper thin walls (noisy), neighbours who smoked out of the windows which wouldn't have been a problem...

The staff was not very friendly and the room was small. It was close to the Tube, which was helpful. I slept well despite minimal comforts, and would recommend that if booking a room for two, be sure to say so or else there will not be enough room for two people.
