We spent a night at this hotel with a larger family group, using five rooms. The location is great, particularly for theatre land, Regents Park and Covent Garden. Booking and pre stay enquiries were handled well and making arrangements for a small area for a birthday cake and drinks was handled brilliantly. Staff were effecient and friendly. We only ate... Stayed with my daughter for 2 nights. Chose this hotel for the location and must say that for where we both needed to be ( her University, me shopping, both Euston) the location was perfect. The room was extremely basic, the carpet stained and the bathroom very small. We booked an executive room and from the hotel photos it had... More

I booked a room here at a discount rate - and would struggle to do better at that price in central London. That said - I'd go elsewhere if the only rooms left were at full price .... Its a very bland building, with the room looking a bit tired. Each floor follows a U shape. The rooms at the... More

Stayed there recently on 5 day sightseeing trip. Booked through air miles so paid less than normal. Hotel is very handy for several tube stations within 10 min walk. Helps to download tube app to allow you to choose which station to depart from for main sightseeing for the day. Also handy for direct transfer from Heathrow on Picadilly line.... More

Good location for the British Museum, but maybe a long walk for some to the west end or theatre land. Still, the tube is close by. Rooms and bathroom fairly small but ok, and will need refurbishing shortly. Sound proofing to walls in adjacent bedrooms poorer than would be expected from a top class hotel - just like its sister... We stayed here for a short theatre break. Can't fault the location- 2 ins to the tube and 10mins into covent garden/west end. The accommodation was you would expect from a holiday inn- basic but fine for a crash pad. We actually complained that some of the lights weren't working and it turned out there were just loads of switches... More

If central London is you choice, you can't beat the location, esepically is you intend to walk around or take short taxi trips to visit the sites. Arriving at St. Pancreas or Kings Cross, this hotel is at most only a 10 miunte walk. Similarly, Oxford Road or Covent Gardens is about the same distance away. Even Buckingham Palace is... More

Stayed here in January for 1 night. Lovely room with nice decor and soft bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Staff incredibly helpful. Gave us lots of advice on the quickest way to get to places by foot. Breakfast was also lovely with a very good range. Will definately stay again.

The Bloomsbury Holiday Inn is about 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross, and 10 minutes from the West End. Perfect location to explore London. It's a typical current look Holiday Inn hotel, with the standard clean crisp bathrooms. Public areas are bright and welcoming, and swallow large numbers of people easily. Only negative was the shower - no water pressure!!!
