The best part is location most of the attractions are in walking distance i.e. Hyde Park, Kensington Palace.Very helpful staff, enjoyed my stay here. Well connected to Heathrow airport can take a tube , takes about 45 minutes to reach.

2 nights spent at this hotel. What a fabulous stay we had. Such friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Both mornings were busy Breakfasts but the chef and staff tendered to all our food requests and really seemed to enjoy looking after us. Front office and concierge were so on the ball with everything. A great stay. Thank you

Have been a guest of this hotel for 15 years and spend easily 300 nights there on business and with my family. Very nice place, friendly staff, and convenient location. It is unfortunate that the pool is still closed.
