It's a BIG hotel on the outskirts of London. We received great service. The breakfast bar was very good. Nice rooms with air. Ice machines available. Near metro and bus stations. Downside is you may have very long halls to get to your room. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind staying slightly out of the city center.

If you're looking for anything other than average I'd avoid this busy conference hotel. Location is ok with a short walk to Hammersmith tube (5-10 mins) lots of shops, restaurants, bars are close by. Situation very handy to shops,tube and bus.Rooms slightly on the small side but adequate. Staff helpful and lovely breakfast.

Stayed here for three nights on business, great modern hotel with brilliant lobby space. Room was spacious and the bathroom comfortable. There were macs for use in the lobby, but couldn't run Skype which was a shame. No free wifi which I believe should be a standard in any hotel. Nice hotel with friendly staff and a significant breakfast buffet.

No doubt the Novotel London West is a big machine. Over 600 rooms and people checking in and out at any time. Therefore, in such a place you could expect a smooth and efficient organization starting with the front desk. I've stayed at this hotel several times because our offices are nearby and each time i think will be my last time but the convenience brings me back. The standard rooms are really bad - each time i upgraded to the executive floor after seeing the standard room they gave me. That gets you free Internet and some water. But... More

Stayed here before leaving for tour of Europe and again after the tour. Great service good breakfast and buffet for dinner was also good, amenities and location also good. Walking distance to the underground. Laundry service was excellent. Had a room overlooking the street but didn't hear any noise. Would stay there again.
