My wife and I stayed here from 17th May till 19th May and had a great time, this hotel is very easy to find and right besidew Tower Hill tube stop which is very handy. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful as when we were checking in we were in a hurry as we wanted to... More

Stayed here for three nights and would definatley stay here again. Check in was quick and smooth we were in our room within minutes dispite a group of 140 people checking in at the same time. We were in room 952 which was a disabled accessible room (we didn't need an accesible room but as I'm a support worker for... More

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for business. A spotless room with great apple tv integration and a shower that beats you awake in the morning! The was a decent gym, the food at breakfast was varied and the staff were polite.

I am a North American, often in London on business. Hotels experiences are usually hit-or-miss and price is not a consistent predictor. This is a very nice hotel: comfortable rooms, good internet included in price, very good food services, excellent staff eager to help. highly recommend for very comfortable, no drama accomodation.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. My wife and I just returned from a 1-week stay at this hotel yesterday and absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended. Why? - the location is amazing and convenient (situated 1 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station) - service was consistently excellent; - rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained;... For years I went to the Apex around the corner and I was very happy with it. The last three times I stayed in the Doubletree (former Mint). And I loved it! The rooms are not too big, however very new, clean and comfortable - and still bigger and brighter than in the Apex. They are also well equipped with... More

Rooms were comfortable and functional. We loved the free internet access via the in-room Imac and they also allowed basic printing for free. The empty mini bar fridge was sensible as was having ice machines on several floors. Room was quiet apart from the aircon, which was a little rattly on occassion. Location is close to the Tower Hill tube... More

Rooms were sparce and functional - not roomy with very limited view of backside of building in courtyard. Very clean and cleaning service was immaculate - very suiting for a business traveller. Conceirge service was hit and miss - ranging from exceptional (for shopping/delivery assistance) to disappointing (arranging for a driver). Rooftop bar was beautiful way to end workday with... More

This is an attractive, modern, and very clean hotel well suited for business travelers. Crowds of guests arrive around 5:00PM and depart before 9:00 AM, so if you avoid those times, it's reasonably calm. As is the case in many London hotels, the staff are not from the UK, so don't expect a lot of advice from them about attractions... More
