Ideal for shops and west end of London; nice hotel but busy with many business folk; good reception staff - very attentive and pleasant; bar staff and restaurant staff during breakfast time could do with a customer service course; Rooms were very clean and sizeable with all the amenities; fabulous reception area and huge restaurant.
