As we had prepaid, there was no welcoming, we just got handled the key. The room we had this time had one queen bed, instead of the 2 beds of the previous time. The rest was just as I remembered. Just returned from another stay at the Mayfair Holiday Inn in London. As usual, the staff were friendly and efficent. A pleasant surprise was the newly redecorated room. It was clean, bright and cheerful. The room update made a very good hotel, with a great location, even better.

“Great Location staff Not so good.”

I stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and the location was great for shopping, near the tube and good places to eat. What was really disappointing was some of the staff. “Great Location”

A near perfect location for seeing London. The Tube from Heathrow leaves you off across the street and unlike many stations, Green Park has elevators (lifts). Many dining options in the neighborhood. The rooms a spacious with lots of closet space and heated towels.
