Arrived late, had a dinner nearby and took the train early the following morning. A single room (308) was a very very small room, but clean and with a very nice bathroom! Breakfast was also in a typical Mercure style including sausages, egg and bacon

Great location, close to Paddington station, St Mary's Hospital, Hyde Park, buses to Oxford street. Double room was small, but ok for one person. Wonderful stay,that was very good stay clean rooms and wonderful staff and it`s very close to Oxford str.We had lot of fun at Hyde Park .Carolina and Basem gives a very good service with a smile .I am coming again next month, will see u.......

Great location for transport links. The room was quite small with an even smaller ensuite. The room we had was very noisy at night, possibly next to some kind of generator / air con unit.

Good hotel in a good location,we had a lovely room,everything was spotlessly clean.the staff was very efficient and friendly ,they make a real efort to please especially Basim and Oltita who were the best.
