The location of the hotel is excellent for a weekend stay as is only five minutes away from Kensington High Street station. The room we had on the fourth floor was quite small, but very modern. Windows were easy to open, nice double bed and flat screen TV on wall. Tea and coffee provided. Bathroom also of modern design with bath... More

Stayed in this hotel to attend the Chelsea flower show. It's location was great beside the high street but the hotel itself was just ok. The rooms are very small and thought our room smelled of stale smoke. It was fine for the night but I would not want to book a long stay. The doormen were extremely helpful and... More

the room was small, dirty, AC was not working, the view was non existant... i had to shout to get a new room... then they charged me for fake dinner... then the hotel was extremly noisy... doors slamming... and then i learned that the SPA was on top : 8 pounds a day per person... even if my contract stated... Arriving late in the evening and staying 5 nights, we were counting on a nice room. We asked for this in reception and went to the one allocated. Problem: this room was already occupied. We were of course allocated another and this was very small, but we were promised to get a favorable move the next day. During the morning... More

During a fire evacuation at 4am we followed signs only to find ourselves on a roof with no way out. We then had to re-enter the building and made it to the ground floor, only for the signs to direct us to a locked external roller door. If this was a real fire people may have died. I'm waiting for... More

I stayed here during the middle of December and it was...by a country mile the worst hotel iv yet to stay at,and that includes the basics like travel lodge and etap. The hotel has a nice location BUT that's as far as it goes. The hotel is a dive..I'm not one to complain about hotels,il sleep anywhere and have stayed... More

The hotel itself is perfectly located, just a few minute walk from the High Street Kensington Underground Station, shopping (Gap, Mark & Spencer, H&M…) and many restaurants. This hotel is under renovations and the drills start at 8-8.30am and they are really loud. The room was clean, small and the bed was comfortable. The staff is kind and qualified. The hotel... More

Having stayed here for 3-4 days per week throughout Oct-Feb I was overall happy. For the price I couldn't find better in the area, however it did have some negative points. Until I found a room which I liked (and had to reserve each week) I had a few "dated" rooms and the reception staff were useless at helping in... More

Arrived at this place at around midnight with a confirmed booking. Hotel duty manager announces that "we (meaning me and him) have a double booking situation". In short - he'd shorted my room to someone else and had no accommodation available. He offered to taxi me over to their sister hotel which was a major inconvenience for me as I... More

I came here on business for 4 nights but checked out after 2. The reception staff were next to useless, they didn't know my company had paid up front and tried to get me to pay again. Due to refurbishment I was supposed to have free access to leisure club, free movies, free newspapers and water, but none of this... More
