Stayed here in October and December and had very pleasant experiences both times. The location is fabulous and the 2nd time I stayed, I stayed in the suite on the top floor which gave great views of The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Lit up at night, it is amazing.

Great room, central location, 2 minute walk to tube station, staff were friendly and let us leave our bags with them before and after checkin/out. Breakfast was first class with plenty of choice, if returning would book again.
