Fantastic Hotel , lovely staff , great breakfast , I really dont need to go on about the links to the city . Although some reviwers clearly dont know what they are talking about. And as for "having to eat at the hotel" people just need to open their eyes , there are 2 pubs just outside the entrance to... More

Although this hotel is slighly out of London itself, it is a great location if you are prepared to use the wonderful Thames Clipper ferry service up and down the Thames for getting around. Timing can be a bit tricky for late nights out but during the day it is excellent. The hotel room was great and as there were... More

We stayed in a family room for one night whilst visiting my sister. Our room was very hot and cramped - we could not open the 'patio' door whilst our son's bed was set up - this meant we could not spend much time in the room as it was just too hot, despite it being February! I found feeding... More

Dear LouiseW, Thank you for your review of our hotel following your recent stay with us , Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment you have experienced with the room been too hot and the bathroom not to your expectations. We have just completed a soft refurbishment of our bathroom in two of our blocks of bedrooms and will... More

Took ages to check in. We had booked one night on a non-refundable rate. Had to add an extra night so it went through as two separate bookings and all sorts of confusion at the desk. Pleasant receptionist but it did seem to take longer than it should have done. Checking out same problem. But in between was fabulous. Service... More

location was so-so, a bit off from the usual tourist attractions, but taxi drivers do seem to know it, and we didn't have trouble returning to the hotel at night. Other than the lobby, everything else feels incredibly dated. The hallways were dark and narrow, and the rooms, although a good size, felt rather old and tired. The bathrooms were... More

Stayed for two nights over the weekend when the hotel looked very busy. Unusual location although as long as you know what you are letting yourself in for as far as transport is concerned it's different with the river shuttle which you can use as an easy way into town depending on your destination. Hotel a little dated and showing... More

This hotel advertised itself as having a pool but it was incredibly small with a pillar in the middle and the Jacuzzi wasn't working. Nor was the sauna in the changing room. It wasn't even physically connected to the hotel. The decor at the health club was very jaded/ faded with peeling paint. It really needs demolishing and rebuilding. The... More

First time staying in this hotel, not the easiest to find. Rooms were spacious but dated. The food was very good, I had a buffet in the evening which had a variety of choices, breakfast was also a buffet and again was very good. The staff in the reception were helpful and polite. Nice view of Thames with a free... More

The Docklands of London is full of converted warehouses, loading docks, etc. The Hilton Docklands, however, looks like a converted council estate. The location is not particularly convenient, either, though the neighborhood is interesting to explore. In fairness, they do also offer a convenient ferry to Canary Wharf (except between 8pm - 9pm!). Because of the location, you'll be trapped... More

We booked this hotel through lastminute.com as one of their 'top secret hotels', so we did not know where we were staying until we had booked it. We got the hotel for £65 with a standard double room. We arrived at the hotel at about 9pm, we were just staying the one night. It was a pretty basic, modern hotel,... More
