The room was nice and the services were top as well. Only 2 things that troubled me a lot during the journey. I'm on 5th floor and can't believe that there is nearly no wifi signal. The wifi was so poor... Otherwise, I think the breakfast could be better as well (with more varieties from one day to another maybe?)

My husband and I had to make an unexpected trip to London, and went with a friends recommendation; it turned out to be wonderful serendipity! The daily breakfasts are a true feast, the afternoon tea is hugely popular, and the scones made inhouse. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. To us, it's a special home away from home.
