“Worst hotel I have stayed in”

Customer service was absolutely rubbish!lockers were falling apart,dust and mold on the windows and curtains!inoperative Tv!rude night crew representative!the ladies serving breakfast had better customer service than the guys at the reception...they should consider swapping the reception staff with kitchen staff..ill be putting my conversation recording on YouTube just to exactly get the clear picture across

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, it is very close to Victoria Stationa as well as to the cente of Westminster for a nice sightseeing. The room was small but clean and the service nice

If you want a bed, a roof over your head, and a surprisingly quiet night in a fantastic location in central London, this place is fine.
