Found the room to be small, the shower door was broken and overall the hotel was dingy. The food was no better than average but the staff was very courteous.

Very easy to find and not far from the M4, good location near a tube station and some really good shops and resturants. The hotel was bright and clean and the staff were always very pleasant. Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location in a decent area with plenty of eateries and a tube station 5 mins walk away. We stayed in one of the 'suites' which was away from the main hotel but this wasn't a problem.

Great location with easy access to the tube. No elevator at either the tube or the hotel, which is an issue for those with lots of/heavy luggage. Stayed here before, always a good sign. Comfortable room, friendly desk staff, free parking, well positioned for my business meeting. Breakfast a bit of a let down.

Room was small but nice on second floor Nr 28, no elevator. Bathroom is small and not easy to shower if you are 1,93m. Breakfast is simple and every day the same. Stayed in this hotel for one night in January 2012 and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a single room which was located a short distance away from the main hotel in a separate building, which had been split into six apartments. I've stayed at hotels where the "off site" rooms have been very shabby but I was pleasantly surprised here.... More

Having worked in hotels as a General Manager, this as my first stay in one since comming out of the industry. And I must say i was greatly surprised. The staff are warm hearted and cant do enough for you, the room was spacious, clean and warm. Well done to the Manager and his team, you have a great product.
