Reception friendly and helpful. breakfast area quite big and not too overwhelmed when very busy. Good location with underground close by. A few restaurants very near. The room I had was clean and reasonably fresh looking for London. A little small compared to a Holiday Inn express I normally go to in London. Windows were well insulated allowing little noise... Was booked via work for a conference that I was attending, surprised to find on arrival that I had stayed here before. Good hotel, great location in nice safe part of London. Walking distance to many points of interest. Room fine, had a great night sleep, bathroom small but is london. Also tube nearby, enjoyed breakfast only scored lower as... More

I've stopped in a few holiday Inns across London / country, unfortunately this one isn't one of the best. Its location is good, some restaurants and pubs in the area and close to 2 tubes, so if you're only looking for a bed for a couple of nights you'll be ok. Reception area looks nice, but once you get passed... More

Stay at the this hotel as a surprise weekend theatre break, the hotel itself is abit tired looking, but once you enter the hotel its a complete change. The reception area was spacious and well attended, we were given our room key and made or way to our room, the room itself was really modern, fabulous bathroom, and beds to... More

My partner booked this hotel for our 10th anniversary, due to my surprise flowers and chocolates he had arranged for me the room was free from 12.30, the normal check in time is 2pm. The hotel staff were very friendly and offer a service to hold luggage for you should you arrive early like we did. The room was clean... More

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend with my 15-year-old son. The room was clean and functional, albeit quite small and nothing to write home about. Good base for exploring London and located close to the Warren St and Great Portland St underground stops. Also only about a 10-15 min walk to the intersection of Oxford St and Regent St.... More

Very expensive for a very very average hotel room. We booked in advance and paid £120 for a single night. (The room rate on the day was £300!) Pleasant, and fresh foyer. Smiling and efficient check in. Room was extremely tired and small. Decor straight outof a 70's porn film. Our 5th floor room looked out into the inside area... More
