Booked this hotel as a top secret hotel. Having stayed at the Grange St Pauls several times, we were very pleased with the booking. Check in was very slow and it was quite annoying that the receptionist kept answering the phone whilst dealing with us, holding us up even longer-wouldn't have minded if an apology was forthcoming. We were upgraded... More

I was on a layover on May 19th and wanted to experience Central London for the first time. At Heathrow I approached BHRC to find a hotel. This is where the story got bad......The CSR behide the counter asked my budget and I stated, " $250USD" he then made a phone call confirmed that I would love it for 250.... More

We stayed here for a weekend break, and I can't fault a single thing about this hotel. The room was more like a flat - not only because it was huge (especially for London!), but to our surprise it actually had a kitchenette with cooker, sink, fridge, microwave, pots and cutlery. We could see the Tower from our balcony, and... More

Lovely hotel great location but let down by their staff, they talked me into getting a private hire transport back to heathrow airport, were a Indian chap turned up in a old dirty car, didn't really know where he was going and couldn't speakEnglish that well. I ended up missing my flight which cost me another 300 pounds and 6... More

Location: I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a business trip. The hotel is in a great location. It is steps from the Tower Hill underground station, which provides easy access to both Heathrow and Gatwick. It is also very close to the Tower Gateway DLR, which provides easy access to London City airport. It was a quick... More

There is nothing terribly wrong with this hotel but I found a few things rather annoying: 1. When I checked in at 2 p.m. my assigned room wasn't ready. Fair enough as check-in time is 3 p.m. When I asked if by chance they had another room available the receptionist told me that it was an extremely good room so... More

I stayed at this hotel on a hen weekend to London from Edinburgh and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The hotel is a minutes walk from the Tower Hill tube station which means you can get to any of the sights in the city. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very helpful...we got upgraded... More

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary in May. My husband booked dinner in advance and breakfast was included. The 1920s decor of the hotel with dark wood and brass everywhere, reminded us of the interior of the Titanic. We had an executive suite, which was lovely-only suggestion would be to have some patio chairs on our balcony. Also the... More

Great location but unfortunately wins the award for the worst meal I've had for years. The starter was a bit of salad with mozeralla, the main was tasteless 'cold' chicken with a few cold veg & a splodge pudding.Worst still they tried to offer us really bad red & white wine & when we complained they offered us more of the...
