I celebrated a friends birthday in London and stayed at 51 Kensington Court. Great location, luxurious rooms, friendly staff combined with fair prices. I will for sure come back.
We together with our 17 year old son stayed here for 11 nights over the Christmas/New Year period. It was very easy to find the place from the Kensington High Street Tube Station. The location is terrific. Our son enjoyed his running in the palace gardens literally just across the road. The range and variety of the shops nereby are...

Our family (2 adults & 2 children) stayed here for a week in November and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London. Great location, clean apartments, friendly staff. Easy access into London city centre, Westfield etc (buses just around the corner). Plenty of shops and restaurants close by yet the hotel is tucked away from the...

My family and I, 2 adults and 3 children stayed 6 nights in November in a 3 bedroom apartment (which comprised a 2 bedroom + a 1 bedroom) that are inter-connectable. The apartments are clean and the kitchen, although small, was very useful for making simple breakfasts and dinner, especially when you need a change from eating out. There are...

2 bedroom Apartment is large and well appointed. Located on quiet cul de sac. Hotel staff is very friendly. Nice shopping near by. Perfect choice.

We have stayed here for many many years - and thought it may be time for a change.....but, after looking at other places, we just couldn't do it because not much else in this range can offer such convenience for exploring London. It's so close to the buzz of Kensington,...

Stayed in #3, the one bedroom apartment. Very clean, staff was lovely, great location. Did our grocery shopping at Whole Foods and Marks and Spencer, just around the corner. Ate one meal out during the day and had sandwiches and snacks in the room, which was a great savings. Liked the heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom.
Never...

This is our third stay at this hotel. Previously, we stayed in Flat No. 3 - a One Bedroom Superior. The Living room, kitchen and bathroom were quite good - very clean and well kept. The bedroom was tiny - barely enough room for the bed and chest of drawers. Closet was in the living room. Nevertheless, we were quite...

Dear Guest,
Thank you for writing and letting us know of your experience. Unfortunately apartment 11 does not have direct elevator access and we do make sure our guests are aware of that at the time of booking. It is on the 4th floor and elevators go up to the 3rd. If this was not made clear to you I...

Decent amount of living space
Very clean
Helpful, pleasant staff
Very quiet
Cons:
Furniture a bit dated
Second bedroom has two single beds and is quite small

My family stayed at #1 flat. It was a 2 bedroom and one bath flat in the basement flat. It was a quiet flat. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean.
