Relatively new, clean, friendly staff, and well located for travel within London with station being minutes walk (serviced by DLR, overground train, buses, and couple of tube lines). Satisfactory breakfast with nil complaints.

Stayed here as visited family in London. Right by the shopping centre which is why I chose this hotel. Food menu is great and the staff are friendly. Waited a while for my drinks at the bar but I think the lady was new.

lovely hotel and fantastic location great parking facitlities but the doors in the corridors kept slaming they need to do something about them as not fair if you are asleep to be woken by slamming doors and noisey people in corridors no consideration !!!!

Excellent location. Out of tube through Westfield and there, under cover! Very clean and staff very polite. Excellent views from room across city. Would certainly return! Very handy for tube links and access to shopping centre.

We stayed here for the weekend, mainly to attend the David Bowie exhibition. The room cost £59 plus £9 each for breakfast. The food was excellent, staff very efficient and friendly.
