Good location with walking distance to Oxford street and very close to Baker st. station. OK breakfast and service. Rooms are very small and the ones facing Gloucester place are very noisy which ment very little sleep for us. Can recommend but make sure to get a room away from the street or bring ear plugs.
Twin room in the basement with metal stair case right outside the window used heavily throughout the night and as a result had no sleep at all. Ensuite a joke with a shower that does not work, absolutely no privacy as has a unworkable sliding door to devide ensuite in the tiny cramped room. Overall cleanliness not pleasant. Worst place...

I ended up in a cellar, one flight of stairs below street level. It was as a reasonably well furnished one with wooden floor rather than moquette but still a cellar. The "window" opens on a living room in the cellar which fortunately us locked to the public. The breakfast is continental but some boiled eggs.
Considering what I've paid the Hotel services were very poor. No frigobar in the room, very small room, very small wardrobe and no drawers. The reception people were kind and the hotel is very well served by ground transport and underground.
It's a nice hotel for a adequately price. You get to Bakerstreet
Underground in about 5 minutes.
The Service is fine and breakfast was sufficiant.
We stayed in the Suite in front of our Hotel and the bath was
a little bit to small. But for three days ist was okay.
Just the Volume of the other guests was not...

Location of the hotel was great near Baker Street Station. Everyday room cleansed and breakfast was also good. Room and especially bathroom was very small for the price we paid. Overall happy about my stay there because we only used the room for night sleep and got up early to go into London City :)
