Very clean room, quiet and convinient, we had a great time there, very good and plenty breakfast, very polite and kind staff. There were coffee machine 24hour a day ti the reception. very closed to Marylebone metro station and to Baker street metro station only 10min away from Madame Tussauds museum and oly 15 min walk away from Oxford Street.

our stay at this hotel was average at best. we probably would not return simply because of value for money. it doesn't look anywhere near as nice as the pictures advertising it and was overpriced at £305 for 2 nights despite it being new years eve. the carpets need changing throughout, they have stains all over them (reception and bedroom)making... In december we had to ask for heating.... :o Breakfast is nice but only from 7h30 to 10h30. Rooms are small so as the stairs (no elevator) Very good location, and very nice neighberhood But the staff is very nice.

Given the price (£75), this is a good value hotel. The location is very good - central but not noisy. The actual rooms are good - double bed, freeview TV. Good for a quick stay - would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed there for one night. Pictures on web site had nothing to do with reality. Manager on duty refused to refund the money (despite conditions stipulated on the booking), it took a phone call to superior manager.
