Clean, friendly, helpful, fantastic location. Executive Lounge nice with good staff and snacks throughout the day. If the very nice English breakfast is not to your liking, you can pay a fee and eat in the dining room, platinum get for free. The pool makes this a great spot on a rainy day, though I used the room umbrella and... More

The Marriott London Park Lane was an absolutely perfect place to stay for a busy week of traveling. The staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel was extremely comfortable and welcoming. It also boasted amazing views of Hyde Park. I stayed using Marriott rewards points and had a wonderful room upgrade and access to the club lounge. During my... More

I recently stayed at The Marriott London Park Lane. This was probably my tenth visit and the hotel has become a regular 'roster hotel' when I am visiting London. I like the hotel because it is relatively new, has only 157 rooms and a contemporary feel. I normally pay for a 'club room' so that I can use the business... More

We stayed here for five nights in a junior suite - the room was large and all four of us (2 adults, 11 and 13 year olds) could sleep comfortably. We had a sleeper sofa and a roll away both of which were comfortable. Without exception everyone who worked here went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived... More

Marriott Park Lane .Had great meal of prawn/crab starter, followed by 8oz of Scottish Fillet Steak with various side dishes of vegetables. Bedroom good size, clean, with very clean bathroom, unfortunately had no view of park from my window,( but a great night's sleep from the extra comfortable bed, which was a king size, made up for view) had facilities... Just a few yards from the Marble Arch tube station, the London double-decker tour buses stop right out front, property is directly across the street from Hyde Park. Concierge lounge has good wireless internet, but some of the rooms have spotty WiFI coverage. Staff was VERY helpful in giving tour tips and helping my wife & kids hit some tourist... More

Stayed for 2 nights with colleagues following a trip to Paris. Excellent service again, and the ever so helpful night staff were able to accommodate a friend at nearly midnight who had booked a different hotel in London which was filthy. Great location - only downside i can mention would be the extremely limited valet parking, but being that the... More

Knowing we would be arriving a bit early after an overnight flight, I had requested an early (1pm) check in. Arrived at 1:00 and, after what grew to a lengthy wait at reception (in three days, I never saw more than one receptionist working at any given time), we were told that our room wasn't ready. Instructed that it would... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location was perfect for exploring the whole city. The people at the reception, the concierge desk and the restaurant were all service minded and competent. The room with 2 beds was one of the largest I have seen in London. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in a king bedded room with a roll away for my son. It was very nice and plenty of room. Quiet as well. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge if you are lucky enough to have access is fantastic. Good breakfast each day plus snacks throughout the... More
