As others have said you get what you pay for but irrespective of price any establishment that sets itself up to receive guests should adhere to basic standards of service and cleanliness. Compared to prices and sizes of hotel rooms in other London hotels, our family room was a good value of money. However, the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours - bad luck for you.
