We found that the description of this hotel was misleading. Although we were booked in The Hyde park premium hotel we were directed to another building . The room was really small. The service was not very polite. The location was excellent.

Live there happy again. Pure o fresh. Tiled bathrooms, charming, albeit small, rooms and something for the narrow bed. Nothing unusual about that! Very common in London. Quiet location in quiet area, close to subway and bus. Attentive staff

The rooms are clean and have basic amenities including a microwave and toiletries. The hotel is value for money and great location. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at other hotels in London that have been further away from central with smaller rooms which have cost more.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice atmosphere. Bathroom was small but spotless. very helpfull staff and very friendly on checkin room wasnt ready but received the help with the luggage room to keep our bags.they provided a very good breakfast and service.will love to be back to this place again...
