The review by GinaG83 summarises this accommodation perfectly. Howver, I give it one more staqr than her because it IS very cheap. But bring your earplugs - the carpark can be vry noisy at night time.

I picked this hotel as it was very close to an even we where attending locally. I paid £29 for one night on the outskirts of South West London, so I wasn't expecting much. It is a standard, clean (if a little tired) Travelodge. As we had to move hotels I paid extra for the Early Check as well [from... More

This hotel is extremely tired and grubby looking. Although it is actually clean and the staff are friendly it doesn't make up for the fact that Travelodge absolutely need to spend some money on the place. As you walk through the corridors, it feels like a prison cell block. The room was extremely basic, one pillow each which was about... More

This was adequate for what we wanted for one night but the rooms and hotel in general are very basic with no toiletries. The carpets and fixtures were tired and damaged but everything worked. There were only 2 thin pillows provided but I am sure we could have asked for others. The thing which really makes this hotel rise up... More

On arrival staff very friendly, asked for extra pillow, no problem, room basic but clean and it all worked, plenty of tea coffee milk and sugar. The place does need updating but who is complaining at under £50.00 a night for a double room and parking outside your door. The place was full and people do vote with their feet. There... More

On a positive side the bed linen and bathroom were clean, but the carpet was stained, windows were filthy, corridors were tatty and desperate for a lick of paint everywhere! The hotel was a long way from the station, although there was a bus stop nearby. I certainly won't be rushing back here!

Check in - free for all, one bloke, very slow, looking confused.... Stairs to room - Like a Multi Storey Car park with fag ends, rubbish and ooooh the smelllllll.... Corridor - Major trip hazard,... I cannot believe that Travelodge have the nerve to keep this place open. I use hotels for business approx 150 nights per year. This place has to be the dirtiest most disgusting hovel I have ever had the misfortune to stay. When I complained about the filth in the bathroom it was met with 'Whatever' I complained in writing to... More
