Quiet area but just 5 min walk to two subways. Would advise Queensway for quicker trains on central line, the circle line at Bayswater a tad slow. Booked this hotel for 6 of us all single rooms or sole occupancy for a conference. Hotel has just had a refurb and it shows. Hotel clean & tidy, staff were helpful. We thought the street frontage was lovely, and the convenience to the tube fantastic. Okay not huge rooms, but good value. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast really good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
