Overall this hotel was very enjoyable. All the staff behind the desk were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were a good size, and importantly very clean and confortable. Our room looked very recently updated: newer paint and furniture. The rooms were quiet but not silent, but over three nights we never had any disturbances. The neighborhood is more... More

We really appreciated the affordability for the location. They also allow you to store luggage before or after checkout which was convenient for us. It's only a 5 min walk to a tube station and 10 min to Hyde park. The room was very clean. Though Wifi is available for a fee, free Wifi would have been appreciated. It's in... More

Very good in its price range. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to two Underground stations plus some very nice, busy streets with shops and restaurants. It is small but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is good.

Walking distance to great food places (so breakfast wasn't needed), friendly & helpful staff. Small rooms though, a parisian in size. No free wifi, unless you were on bitbuzz

We booked on line and were allocated room 309 on arrival. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and provided local information cheerfully. The lift (elevator) was a comfortable size for passengers with luggage and appeared to be newly renovated. The double room was adequate but not huge. The en-suite shower was cramped and the shower door hit against the sink... More

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times alone and with my wife. The usual woman at the desk was always especially receptive, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I remember the time before last, we asked about a poor review that seemed unfair. We found that it was indeed unfair. So we gave her an especialy good mention.... More

We stayed here and the staff gave us great service. They went out of their way to make us welcome. The rooms have been renovated over the last couple of years and they were very nice, clean and better than expected. I would definitely stay here again

I booked this hotel because of its location first. I was quite surprised when I arrived because the hotel was in front of a park, hence, quiet. I think we had a brand new room since it smelt paint a little bit and was very correct in terms of size, light and clean. We did not try the breakfast since... More

We stayed here for a 3 nights with a couple of friends and we were very pleased. Exelent hotel, great location - near two Tube Stations: Queensway and Bayswater. It is very close to Oxford Street, one of the main shopping streets in London. The room was very comfortable and clean . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything... More

Good clean hotel in ideal location. Stayed for one night as a business traveller in a compact double room for one person. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel also offers free wifi which should be very much commended. Would certainly stay again. Slightly more expensive than some of the other hotels I have stayed at in the area but... More
