Where do I start? Location - about 200 meters from Earls Court tube station. It's not on the main road. The check was efficient. The guy was friendly and quick. I believe there are a few self check in kiosks. I didn't try them. Keep the room card with you at all times. You will need it to enter the... More

it's the second time for us at this hotel and it didn't disappoint us. this is a no-frills hotel. good size room, able to take two adults and two kids. good location to Earl's Court tube, a Sainsbury's to the right on Cromwell Road. it has average breakfast and dinner options in the hotel, very well priced and convenient when... We came as a work group of 8 for 3 weeks in March and returned for another week last week. The hotel is in a great spot, easy tube access. The staff are just the best!! The two guys who work on reception on an evening and the evening restaurant staff are just brilliant. The food was always spot on... More

On our trip to see Chelsea play, we also stayed 1 night at this Premier Inn. A first for me and my wife, our friends had stayed before at a PI. We did this for the obvious reason, having spent quite a lot of money on the Chelsea-part (see review of Copthorne hotel) of our WE in London, we opted... More

We stayed one night before going to the Chelsea flower show. This Premier Inn was just a couple of stops down the Tube line. Easy to get to. Automated check-in worked perfectly. The room was a good size, very clean and modern, and the bathroom was lovely. We had everything we needed. AirCon kept the room at a perfect temperature.... More

We had 3 very comfortable nights at the Premier Inn Kensington/Earls Court. The hotel was very handy to Earls Court Tube Station, literally a couple of minutes walk from the station so getting around was quick and easy. Our experience with check-in was excellent due to their systems and a very diligent and helpful staff member, Shah. Our travel plans... More

Sadly this, my tried and tested hotel, which I normally stay in at least twice a year has let me down on this occasion. Albeit the staff are extremly helpful and very friendly. Room 109 is directly alongside a fire door which clearly needs fixing it slamed shut a dozen times or more during the night keeping me awake. I... More

This hotel is perfectly placed just 2 to 3 minutes walk from the tube station at Earl's Court, along with all the eateries, shops and pubs in the vacinity. We arrived too early to check in, but we were able to leave our cases in a secure area and were advised that we had been given a room on one... More

Stayed for one night on business. Hotel is spread across two buildings on opposite sides of the street (connected by a walkway on the 2nd floor). Electronic check-in was fast and efficient and the reception area clean. Rooms are as you would find in other Premier Inns - decent size, good bed with freeview tv and tea facilities. Room clean,... Chose this hotel as we wanted a hotel that was not too expensive and having stayed in Premier Inns before, knew the quality of the hotels. We were not disappointed, the hotel was convenient for tube etc, comfortable rooms and big comfy beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good as was the eat all you... More
