Of course you are paying for the location Check in was painful......I'm not the most experianced user of hotels but I dont like to be made to feel like an idiot! Stayed in this hotel on valentines day we had a package where we got an overnight stay and a meal. The meal was brilliant and the restaurant and rooms were very clean. Excellent service. Clean rooms. Close to lots of convention center restaurants and others. Beds and pillows not very comfortable (but we stayed so busy that we still slept great). The communal areas of the Novotel look great but the rooms leave a lot to be desired! The room I was given had a strong smell of cheap air freshner.
