Rooms clean and comfortable, staff friendly and extremely helpful. We slept well, had no problems. The staff went out of their way to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. We had breakfast and dinner, and again staff faultless, food as you would expect, variety of popular dishes.

A great hotel to stay at if you want to go to the O2 Arena which is about 20 minutes away on the DLR and Tube. The room was great with no problems and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'd personally stay again!

Our stay at the Premier Inn Beckton was faultless. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was almost new and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as was the temperature of the room. We had dinner at the attached pub which was very good and had generous servings. All round a very pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay. Service and reception was excellent. Highly recommended. Nice size secure car park. Family rooms are nice and large. Room was cleaned to high standard. Good location, but was slightly expensive as it was booked last minute.
