Lovely staff at reception. Upgraded room and lovely gesture of bottle of champagne ( to celebrate my frequent stayer status ) . Like the location as its an easy walk to city for business or West end for leisure. Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms and amwnities. Club room nice for breakfadt.

First of all- this hotel has an excellent location. Myself and partner don't mind doing a bit of walking and this hotel was a perfect base.
