Tiny tiny room, the bathroom was so small the sink hung over your knees whilst on the loo. Just a bed and a rbi in the room and the tv didn't work. No lift and when I asked where the lift was (heavy suitcase in hand) no offer to assist. Nowhere to leave luggage.
