My family and I are in between houses and we stayed 2 months in the B&B. The owner and family are the most welcoming, and their flexibility to help/accomodate is second to none. The B&B is centrally situated in London and all the main amenities conveniently placed around the B&B. The extra services are of good quality too: Wifi (free)... More

I stayed in this guesthouse for several weeks whilst finding my feet in London (moved to London from South Africa for a new job). Lekha and her family are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and the house is located in a lovely area with lots of excellent shops and restaurants nearby. The guesthouse is also perfectly located for quick and... More

I stayed in the guesthouse for about 6 weeks while working in London. The place was comfortable, quiet and easy to live in. For the area, I thought the rates were competitive. Booking and moving in/out was also hassle free. The family were all very welcoming. Thanks to Lekha

We stayed recently with friends having purchased “Living Social” vouchers. We arrived a little early and found no-one at home, but we soon discovered lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was small and basic and in real need of a makeover. Wine and chocolates turned out to be a half bottle and a bar of chocolate. The en-suite was... More

I visited this weekend with my friend Charlie for a girls weekend. We had a lovely time and Leika, the owner, was very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The room was clean, tidy and warm and as Charlie has said in her review, just need updating on the decoration. The breakfast was very good and we were... More

Our host was most welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable (and warm, given that it was snowing!!). Breakfast was lovely. Aesthetically the rooms would benefit from some redecoration but this would not stop us from visiting again. Our host deserves to do well. Thank you.

The primrose guest house is a tall terraced property in a handy and safe area, not far out from central London, about a 10 minute walk to the subway. The owner is a charming lady, and she and her family make one feel very welcome. The downside is the fact that there is no sign outside of the guest house... More

Im sorry that you had a few problems at my guest house, i was not aware of this, if you had mentioned it to me at breakfast i would have gladly done my best to put it right or move you to another room. The room has since been checked by me personally now and everything put right. Lekha More

The location is great as Belsize Park is a lovely area. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The house although on a lovely street close to the station, is in real need of repair and updating. The host and her son are friendly people but the house decor is cold, cheap and bare. The room was a good size... More
