Our host was most welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable (and warm, given that it was snowing!!). Breakfast was lovely. Aesthetically the rooms would benefit from some redecoration but this would not stop us from visiting again. Our host deserves to do well. Thank you.

The location is great as Belsize Park is a lovely area. Unfortunately that is where the positives end.
