Overall excellent value for money - the position of this hotel to Paddington Station is second to none. Only improvement would be decent pillows or at least extra pillows available on request. Also a bath mat would be nice.

The hotel is very well situated very near Hyde Park and the Paddington station. Nice pubs in the surrounding. The only down point is the size of the room. I was alone in a triple room that had hardly the size of a double. The Bathroom was also very small. On the other hand, this is London...

Small rooms, small bathroom. Not well cleaned but ok. Stayed with my son who liked the place. Don´t book if you can´t climb stairs. Nice staff, breakfast wasn´t too good. Tea heater didn´t work if you didn´t hold it. Ok hotel for the money.

For the amount of money the hotel charges the rooms are far too small, cleanliness is below standard and the food (breakfast) is NOT GOOD. If the hotel were to charge so much the least to expect is good value breakfast and good size rooms. Looks like there is too much costs cutting.
