Efficient check in, really helpful and polite staff. Room & bathroom was exceptional clean. Nice touch of soft or firm pillows. Only negative is mattress was very uncomfortable. Great location if attending O2 just a ten minute walk.

Stayed at the hotel for the purpose of a night away with the other half, an evening at the O2 and a work conference at the Excel! Staff very friendly, service excellent, breakfast lovely!! Rooms were clean and comfortable and I will happily stay there again next time I have to be in London.

Stayed in the run up to the London Marathon, excellent location 20 minutes walk into Greenwich Village where there are so many places to eat and drink - plus many other attractions. This hotel was ideal for a trip to the O2, At the end of the concert we were able to walk away from O2 without having to wait for the tube or queue from the car parks.

10 minutes walk along Millenium Way (or Walk) from North Greenwich underground which is itself right outside of the O2 Arena. Hotel was good with decent staff, and comfortable modern room including good sized LCD TV. Could not fault it and, clearly, perfect if attending an event at the O2!!

We found the bed rather small and uncomfortable tap in bathroom loose staff friendly and hotel clean.
