After much deliberation we decided to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary here, boy did we pick well! Superlative welcome, amazing service and a feeling of total relaxation throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel amazing. The decor is cool and instantly welcoming, the bar is an absolute delight and our room blew our... More

We booked yourselves for a night at this hotel for my partners birthday, as previously mentioned the food here is EXCELLENT and so is the atmosphere, this is situated in Charlotte Street which is home to some of the best Cafe's and Restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and far cry from the usual London business hotel looks & the... More

I love the Charlotte Street hotel for the buzzy bar area, full of exciting people and great service! We decided to also eat in the Restaurant behind the bar that evening. The service and atmosphere was excellent. I had Asparagus to start, then Crab Linguinie - which was nice but not outstanding and not cheap, howeve the whole experience was... More

First: I haven't slept here, I only ATE at the restaurant and it was absolutely mindbobbling! delicious duck, really good wine, perfect pasta and salad. Ok, we spent 200 pound, but we were 3 people, all had entree and main, shared two delicious puddings, two bottles of water, 4 glasses of wine and at the end a sweet port, a... More

Wonderfully buzzy hotel, full of art and decor of immense taste. Very cool and fun along with wonderfully comfortable rooms and a fantastic bar and restaurant. This hotel is one of our favourite hotels in London and I recommend it to all my friends ever traveling to London. The conceirge can organise anything and are extremely professional and inviting. By any standard this is a charming, quality hotel right in the heart of London. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The front-of-house staff are very friendly and incredibly helpfull in making a visit to London most enjoyable. Advise the concierge of your plans for the day on the way into a brillient breakfast and by the... More

Modern, stylish hotel with polished service. This is my favourite hotel in London. The beds are comfortable; smaller rooms make very good use of space, allowing room to comfortably work and relax. The guest lounge is a pleasant retreat from the evening crowd - Firmdale bar/restaurants do attract an evening crowd. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of delightful extras such... More

Having stayed at the Soho Hotel, I found this hotel to be very similar in style and form. It has the same feel and look. My executive king room was lovely and bright with large windows. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet. The bathroom had no separate shower though but no complaints really. Where I think the hotel... More

Like another Firmdale hotel I've stayed at, Charlotte Street is an example of modern British 'style' in all meanings of the word. My suite was splendid, spacious, clean, colourful but tasteful. The first night was not a good sleep due to a noisy resident in 'the penthouse' above. Why is it people have to bang around at 02:00 am? Great... More
